Cooperstown is funny because it’s all about harkening back to the past. You can’t open a chain restaurant, and they lionize how baseball was during the Babe Ruth era and earlier. But they’re completely fine with soul-destroying parking lots everywhere.

Let’s try announcing something here instead of X. In construction you usually only hear about dates slipping. But our pod units, which are the defining style of Culdesac Tempe, are almost done and are getting their dates moved up. We’re now leasing for September dates instead of October!
