How could he win even though he didn't link the cast link? and the cast isn't even on the profile? Is this something that is acceptable?

we primarily ask for the cast link not because it is a critical requirement to winning, but because it helps us identify the submitter in this case we knew who the submitter was, so it wasn't critically necessary they also replied to our OG post, so there was a post with the photo
