I feel you can by posting more content that’ll get top casters preferably power badge holders to engage with you 
Also you have to get a high number of interactions. That’s why most people do contents and all to create that traffic in their comments and get more engagements 
This should help with your social graph, hence increasing your allowance

The best way I found, when I had a power badge, was posting in a variety of channels I liked and seeing which was the biggest response. Then I stayed with those favourite channels. 

When I recently lost my PB things changed a lot. 

I just try & ensure people see what I do ( in my case art) 💫
