Lev Tolstoy learnt to ride a bicycle at the age of 67. And even got a licence, without which it was forbidden to ride a bike in Moscow. The popular science magazine "Scientific American" reported in 1896: "Count Lev Tolstoy...now rides a bicycle, astonishing the peasants on his estate".

This fact is truly intriguing) I think I need a licence too, since I'm not very good at riding a bike😂
