I think we can already see the results of me doing gym, yoga, and pilates five times a week for the past two months. I’ve never had muscles in my life before. Just proud of myself.

Wow, 5 times a week is a fantastic commitment! You look amazing! ♥️ I also need to work out multiple times a week to shed some extra pounds. Interestingly, my situation is quite the opposite: until recently, I never had to worry about my weight. I could eat anything and still maintain a good physique without much effort. However, everything changed after I turned 37.🤪 My metabolism seemed to slow down, and I started gaining weight for the first time in my life🙃 It's been quite a challenge to adjust to this new reality, but I am determined to find a way to get back on track with my fitness goals💪

You seem to be very skinny to me!! I work out because only one reason — it makes me stable psychologically and I feel powerful doing it

Yes, I am) All the additional weight ( about 5 kilos) has gone into my hips and bottom, and I would prefer it if it were evenly distributed throughout my body, as I would then look less skinny😂
