too bad you can’t also collect the nft — imagine if you could own the dynamic nft if you held x amount of the coin & it disappeared from your wallet if you sold. (and yes this was a reply until I heard @keccers.eth in my head)

ooc why an nft? collecting the coin is collecting the piece. if you own some of the coins then you're a fractional owner of the artwork.

Makes no sense to me if I can’t have the imagine in my wallet. No one owns the image or a copy of it. It’s just a post. That’s why. Probably fine if it’s just a social media post or meme. If it’s art, I’m not interested unless I get the image too. Sorry — not a fan of this approach but enjoying watching it play out. Love to see you experimenting though!

that's totally fair. but i think it's a result of being an early adopter and pushing the boundaries of a new thing. i expect wallets to have better support for these eventually. i've seen a few convos about it already. it's only been a week since this launched so i'm cutting the wallet devs a little slack 😹

Nah — this is a specific approach and I get it. It’s not really meant for art or collecting and that’s fine. Everything is an experiment. To me it’s just a different way to launch a memecoin — you just did a really cool version of that. 2222 $degen From what I’ve seen from Jacob’s responses is that they are pivoting completely from nfts so I don’t expect that they’ll be interested in a 404 style approach. But hopefully someone else will.
