using the tx action in frames.js, is there a way to parse a successful tx and send data to the post_url?

The app will send a POST request containing the hash of the tx to the url specified in the post_url attribute of the button once submitted You can access the hash on ctx.message.transactionId in your frames handler at that endpoint
