prediction: the next bull market in crypto will happen despite a prolonged malaise in the fiat economy. this will baffle pundits but represent a new type of traction for the space, as normies & regulators are forced to confront it as the only sector with sustained economic growth

It's a possibility, though I'm not holding my breath in particular. I think a number of retail investors will lose their patience with languishing returns in the tradfi space and get restless. I don't think it's necessarily founded in macro sensibilities however, just more fomo.
