If we don't establish principles for cooperation!

I believe that the state humans find comfortable is the direction of maintaining their current state.

We need intentional effort to do our work well. 

We must say difficult things even though it's hard to say them, 

we must take on challenges with a higher possibility of failure even though failure is painful. 

We may need to say we don't know something even though not knowing is embarrassing. 

If we don't establish principles for these efforts, we will naturally converge to a comfortable state.
