I initially loved the frames addition.  But the amount of notifications I get is really annoying.

A snow skiing Degen, loving farcaster. I love casts about skiing, outdoors, Mtn biking and football. I enjoy games, quizzes and host /category-quiz . 

I turn off frame notifications very liberally 🤣 one notif is one to many unless is something I want to see

I think it’s so that you don’t miss important information

You can turn everything off in settings theirs priority 
For the frames you can remove them as well

You can unadd frames you don’t want and then go to explore if you really need to use them 

And you can turn off notifications for trending casts if you need to
