Is it normal for a simple swap on rainbow to incur a $8 gas fee! Rediculous. Perhaps I won't use mobile anymore.

Hi, is that on mainnet? Most L2s won't have gas fees that high, but on mainnet the gas can be expensive when the network is congested.

No idea about swaps but I usually go with matcha or cow swap if I’m on a chain it support
