Creators

If I hear someone say it's hard to find good content creators, one of two things is true:

1. you're not looking hard enough either within or outside your community
2. you're not paying or not paying well enough

And the DMT Creator Data google sheets plugin (I just launched this!) makes both those things much easier -
1) find creators based on keywords (or just put in a video url) 
2) run performance estimates to see how a video might perform

And make a solid pricing offer that makes sense to the channels you can afford!

in that case it's a game of making really good friends willing to create for free or being the creator yourself. fwiw i think you're a better creator than you give yourself credit for
