Week 3 as non smoker Had bachelor parties, nights out and stressful situations. It was hard but easy to stay rational and say no to myself. Even though I still have cigs. Third week: the hardest. Being on vacation with 2 small kids (0-3). Never alone, missing those tiny breaks I used to have. Still going strong🫡

Not me, I hate cigarettes with a passion. My family were all smokers and I had lung problems as a kid all the time, vowed to never even try a cigarette. But my brother smoked for 5 years and managed to quit. Keep at it, it's gonna be the best decision you've made
