Day four as a non smoker has been the hardest so far. I guess it’s a combination of being tired from all evenings of drinking with homies and being locked home with 2 sick kids all day. We keep pushing no matter what, but I only realize right now how much those smokes dictated my cadence in life. Toxic & unreal.

Surely doing it for the right reason! Been doing it for 20 years every single day. Woke up with it, went to sleep with it. So crazy to think about but even crazier to break this unhealthy habit for good. Thanks for your support max!!
