let it come, examine it, say ‘oh, you’re a craving, i no longer work for you’ and then send it gently away 🥰 also, i found doing the hand, mouth and lung actions i would do while smoking but like, with nothing in my hand, REALLY helped. like deep hand to mouth and mouth to lung inhales.
