Week 3 as non smoker Had bachelor parties, nights out and stressful situations. It was hard but easy to stay rational and say no to myself. Even though I still have cigs. Third week: the hardest. Being on vacation with 2 small kids (0-3). Never alone, missing those tiny breaks I used to have. Still going strong🫡

Haha, ive been big on alcohol and cafeïne to replace the nicotine and try to accept it as it is right now. At least alcohol makes you feel something😂
