I wanted to do this event, got sick, and then rushed to finish something. Given the less-than-ideal circumstances, I said fuck it and just sketched and painted and leaned into the constraints, and ended up with this. What I love about this article is that it places the blame squarely where it belongs - on systems. While it's ideal to hope that people "do the right thing," it's much better to creative incentivization systems that reward what we consider to be "the right thing."
