Frame/Business idea (from a non-dev):  

Names: FarCustomer, FarCust, FarCastomer

Idea: platform for businesses to upload their support knowledge and OpenAI credits, train a GPT, and deploy a support bot on Farcaster using the interactive features of Frames for embedded support.

Customer support embedded in social, driven by AI. 

Social is quickly becoming the preferred medium for support. Decentralized social, plus frames, plus AI show the unlocks in CX vs legacy.

Farcust: cast at company reporting bug or outage, get instant reply with a frame that has used AI to display “Sounds like you’re reporting that you are impacted by this bug (or this outage)” and frame actions of: subscribe to updates, request compensation, learn more.

The difference between the two platforms is huge:

With legacy social:
- no APIs
- they can kill your business and access to the platform at any time (h/t to @cdixon.eth and ReadWriteOwn)
- all you can do is respond and link

With Farcust you can: 
- embed AI other technologies
- frames allow for interfacing and data capture
- connected addresses allow for transactions (not just financial, attestation, NFTs, subscription, signup, etc.). 
- FIDs can be used for verification the customer is real and tying the social outreach to their account

Legacy (reporting an outage or a bug): tweet at company account that you are affected by a bug or outage, wait for intern to reply or get shitty non-interactive auto-response.
