It leads to ICO boom. 2020: Decentralized liquidity layer -- DeFi summer. 2024: Social-focused dapp built on evm and defi are set to explode (SocialFi summer?).

The explosion at the application layer is more accessible to the end user. hence, the user growth from this cycle are likely to be even greater. The biggest cycles are innovation cycles; the biggest driver is technological advancement. Don't waste the pullback, don't miss the bull market.
