🎆 In simple terms, the SEC is concerned that investors are entrusting their funds (ETH) to Lido or Rocket Pool and relying on their management activities to generate profits. This reliance poses a risk to investors if Lido or Rocket Pool fail to operate efficiently. Importantly, the SEC has not stated that staking itself is an investment contract.
