On a good day, an uber there is $60ish and you are in/out of airport within 10 mins. Flights are cheaper and go to other local airports too. Obviously only works based on where you are flying to.

Same. Realized at recent NYC meetup that the alpha is long form convos. Not super easy to capture that w/ live-streaming or super large conferences where people fragment at side events.
