I accidentally bridged like 20k degen from base to the degen chain. It says I have to wait 7 days to claim it back? Just wondering if that is correct LOL

Correct, all Layer 2s and Layer 3s (Base, Optimism, and Arbitrum included) have a waiting period for withdrawals for security. Instant bridges (e.g. Hop between large L2s) solve this, but they take longer to deploy.
