If I had to summarize: (1) avoid abstract statements, (2) avoid buzzwords, and (3) whatever you're going to say, find a way to say it with 1/2 to 1/3 the words without losing clarity. Most say too much without saying anything at all. Makes it hard to get to the tangible facts/evidence or even grasp what they do.

Always interesting that there’s such a big disconnect between public opinions of VCs and what founders say privately about them. Paradigm is in a PR crisis, but their portcos say great things about them in private. Other big VCs are the opposite. Good Twitter reputation, but portcos rate them poorly.
