What makes me the angriest about the whole Blast thing is not the completely predictable low value of their airdropped coin, but the time so many people wasted on farming it. 

If you care about L2s, I hope you move your attention to Base and stop looking to ponzi chains to bring you value.

Do you not find the native yield element insanely intriguing? That’s what gets me more than anything, it seems so damn cool and promising for dapp developers and business owners and users

As an ex-professional gambler, seeing apps like IKB (daily fantasy sports) run with a sustainable business model and 0% rake is mindblowing tbh

Afaik no other L2 has that (yet)

Refundable NFTs where the team earns yield off the mint proceeds and there’s basically no risk for NFT buyers in the event it rugs is also super cool

I love Base as much as the next guy but I also think Blast is very compelling and shouldn’t be outright discarded because they had/have a points/gold/farming culture

Is there anything special about blast’s native yield (genuine question 😕)?

Maybe just cause it’s the only one that’s live so far? Hopefully every chain eventually has native yield tho
