I am on urbit self-hosted but can’t figure out how to update my apps - it says do a runtime update or something - I tried that a few times already 😞

It's an overlay namespace on urbit's existing namespace — the overlay facilitates an equivalent to web browsing, more or less.

For ex. rather than navigating to st like www.fabled-faster.com and then going to /photos to see my photo collection, shrubbery is facilitating similar namespace traversal w/ urbit names
