Aber sonst ist alles ok oder? Klar die Firmen hauen ab weil die Bürokratie lahm is wegen fehlender Digitalisierung. Die Infrastruktur is marode und die Unis haben Hardware von vor 15 Jahren weil das Geld fehlt aber klar bloß keine Schulden gemacht.
