Keep calm and carry on! 😉 Es gibt kein Staatsziel „Klimaneutralität bis 2045“ im Grundgesetz! Klar ist: Künftig werden 100 Milliarden Euro für klimaneutrale Projekte zur Verfügung stehen, z. B. für die Elektrifizierung der Schiene oder den Aufbau des Wasserstoffnetzes. Das sieht

Klimaneutralität im Grundgesetz und jeder Klima-Troll kann ohne Ende gegen irgendwas klagen, was CO₂ verursacht. Das war's dann mit der Industrie.

Es gibt normale Entscheidungen, oder eine Notsituation um mit den Abgewählten noch Gesetze zu verabschieden. Das Grundgesetz zu ändern und 1 Billionen Schulden aufzunehmen, sind schon so große Einschnitte, die mit der neuen Regierung im neuen Parlament verhandelt werden sollten.
