What I have in mind is like this:
1. Having a channel for the app with a Fantoken for the channel
2. Everyone wanting to participate buys and locks a certain amount of the Fantoken (fixed price in Moxie)
3. Every time they want to place a bet they use moxie/channel fantoken and their winning will be collectible in moxie
