I think you will get tokens whenever a unique fid calls the hub to verify the data it is requesting and for a bot replying to casts you only have one user asking to verify the data. On the other hand in frames/actions whenever a user POSTs data the verification happens for that fid. Am I wrong for thinking so or is this just a bug? @betashop.eth

i'm only validating user-initiated POST requests...their system is just having issues at the moment. i think you are spot-on
