It is interesting to know that Michelangelo spent only four years to paint the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel with dimensions of about 40 meters long and 13 meters wide, which is located at a height of 20 meters from the ground! Michelangelo, who always considered himself a sculptor, created such a masterpiece on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel that it is now considered one of the best painting masterpieces in history! In total, he painted more than 300 human figures (larger than life size) and the famous work "Creation of Adam" is also a part of this ceiling painting.
