Which bicep exercise is your least favorite one? For me, it's the seated incline dumbbell curl. I can't find the right bench angle, and I feel great tension in my shoulder. Do you have any tips on that?

biomechanics / exercise equipment often have you hit mainly shortened part of ROM so we forget to have gravity or pull working against you in lengthened positions. one arm cable curls from behind to get stimulus in lengthened pos like i’m doing here works wonders. also squeeze the top to hit the short head! 💪
