I’m long major changes in the food industry and the average diet as a direct result of AI. Reasoning: + easily ask an AI agent to assess a given food’s ingredient/source (summarize the complex table on the back) + personalized and dynamic meal planning that makes it way easier to optimize for a certain goal. + automated purchasing as a result of both of the above. + existing tailwinds outside of AI with longevity focus
