1) pausing is a game changer. sometimes i'd be explaining a piece of code and lose my train of thought, or fumble around looking for a related doc. you can just hit pause, find what you're looking for, and resume 2) trimming and stitching make it a lot easier to record in one take

3) i always enable background noise filter and mute filler words under settings. i wish this could be the default config, but it's my first move after finishing a recording 4) really good for PR reviews, design reviews, doc reviews, etc. whenever there's nuance that could get lost in text
