what have you changed your mind about lately?

I was a bit skeptical about decentralized AI training given that how hard I thought it would be and how much of the talent and resources sits inside large tech companies.

However, I have changed my mind on this after talking with some of the talented teams working on this and the recent accomplishments from Nous, Prime Intellect, and others showing the possibilities and value of decentralized training.
