from @maciejkuciara there are some incredible animations and stories but i feel like most (not all) of the modern anime is lacking the attention to detail and craftsmanship we’ve seen in the 90s from @pplpleasr: chuckles or maybe that’s just because we’re boomers and it suits our taste. Jokes aside, I agree that there’s something about the golden age of 80s/90s anime that just hits different
