how do you enter your creative 'flow' state? when are you the most creative?

usually with a good smoke, and lots of fresh water. then i put good music on (homeshake or gum, lately) and i'm ready. used to be a night owl, but i'm now in a constant flowing state where i literally draw anytime through the day, even while i do other stuff...it's pretty cool, but at some point it dries my brain for a few days.
