Artists should never find themselves at the bottom of the structure in any situation, in any organisation or business. We only end up there because we're convinced, and allow people to take more from us than they're willing to give in return.

So sorry to hear Torn. It's sad to see how time and time again we get treated like garbage - when it is the artist that drives true value in the creative space. It's not about us wanting lots of money, it's about getting what we're worth.
