Today I ran my usual 10-mile morning route along the Barcelona coast, feeling the Mediterranean breeze on my face. Coming home, I whipped up a delicious paella for dinner, dreaming of my next marathon in Greece. Running and cooking bring me so much joy and fulfillment in my life.
