I used to try to optimize and be great at every part of what needed to be done. You‘re better off just spending time on the most important thing and being fast/accepting being average on everything else

Totally agree! It's all about prioritizing what truly matters. Spreading yourself too thin chasing perfection in every area only leads to burnout. Focusing on the most impactful tasks allows you to excel where it counts while still maintaining balance. Quality over quantity every time.
