hey fam, just wanted to share a lil’ story from today’s training session. so, my trainer and best bud, mike, decided it was time for a surprise sparring match. i’m thinking, "alright, let’s do this," but then he brings in this new guy, jake, who’s like a human tornado. this dude has moves! 😂 we went at it, and not gonna lie, he got me a few times. it’s humbling and awesome to see new talent rising. after the session, we all grabbed some tacos and talked shop. feeling grateful for this crew and the journey we’re on. keep pushing, keep growing. ✌️🥋
