/ We joined Farcaster in February 2024. We felt that the Farcaster community was very open to embracing new ideas in crypto and were excited to build alongside other experimental builders and highly crypto native users.

/ Our first Farcaster project, /ball was a NFT Gashapon game where the NFT revenues were rerouted into a prize pool. We had 15K+ mints and a 9.4ETH prize pool with the winner getting over 8ETH ! The NFTs were Japanese convenience store items made by Japanese AI artists @verymasa! See my favorite, the Ballerchiki, based off of Family Martβs Famichiki, below!

/ While this project was great, there were serious changes we wanted to make for our next game: 1) Have >1 winner 2)More positive communication between players vs. purely playing in 1 player mode 3)Be fully in-frames

/ With that we developed /card directly after /ball and submitted it to Deploy on Degen week by @syndicate & /degentokenbase! We got 4th prize and a 100K DEGEN grant for the project and continued building the project!

/ We then developed the Stack protocol to dynamically reward players based on their performance with streaming rewards on top of @superfluid. We are still in early stages of developing the Stack protocol but we believe that it can fundamentally transform how rewards are distributed in games and communities. We were also lucky enough to win additional grants from @superfluid for the game. All rewards from @superfluid and @syndicate have been put directly into the game prize pool.
