Today on a big walk on Urupukapuka Island where we are anchored in the Bay of Islands , I found a native Hebe with only three  flowers on it .  The only flowers I saw on  the whole 2 hour walk . Macro via iphone

Thank you Renée , they have been hybridized now and are in purple pink and white in various shades , but it was nice to see Iin the wild !
