Oh that's annoying. I haven't had the opportunity to get sunburned since my brain broke, time will tell.

Hmm I hope you’re ok with it. It started being my trigger long before everything else. I distinctly remember sitting at a cafe and having to swap spots with someone because the sun was hurting my head. It was the start of the end. It’s my worst trigger by far.

That makes sense. I cannot go outside without sunglasses period since this happened.

I have nonprescription and prescription, and I end up wearing them indoors a lot too because I cannot tolerate overhead lights

Yes. All my lights have dimmers and I don’t ever have the ones above me on, only the ones to the side of me.

Yes! It's awful. And everyone acts like I am being dramatic and ridiculous when I put in sunglasses or ask to turn overhead lights off. It's feels like needles pushing into the top of my eyeballs and into my brain. I'm sick of being treated like I am making it up
