Minted and watched on YouTube. So much great conversation in there. Firstly, love that you scrolled through the Dan art thread and I saw you like my response in the video which was pretty amusing. As for the conversation about negative vs positive. As someone who lives with more than my fair share of negative, I think it’s constructive to have the negative so you appreciate the positive but it’s really important not to dwell on it and use it strictly as a rest stop, not a destination. Also if i tell myself to stop being a little bitch, its a form of motivation, so I'm with you, not @christin on that one 😁 It's my way of getting back up off the mat but I wouldn't use the term to motivate anyone else, as much as I sometimes would love to.
