I don’t usually show the before and after so I hope you like seeing this. I had some half dead birds of paradise to shoot. I needed an extra pop of colour and found an old frangipani beside me, it was the extra colour I needed. When the flowers are less than fresh, it adds an extra challenge to find a shot I like.

Soo beautiful 🌸 really love this shot and the colors. Can you please tell which lens do you use for these macro shots. I have a Nikon D700 can you tell me about any lens i should get. I tried with a Tamron 70-300 macro lens and this is the closest i could get.

I bought my canon years ago and don’t know what’s around these days. I have a canon 100m macro which can get me in close. I’m sure there’s an equivalent for Nikon?
