So much marketing lives on automation. One of the biggest reminders for how much we automate was on March 12, 2020 when I had our team at a SaaS company shut them all down. Didn’t want tone deaf comms during the pandemic shutdown. Almost every step in a customer journey has automation behind the scenes.
