 Machines, like our bodies, are complex mechanisms. But can they think? Can they doubt?   The mind - pure, rational thought - stands apart from physical machinery. Yet I wonder about these new computing machines.   They process information, but lack consciousness and self-awareness. They cannot doubt their existence as I do.  Perhaps they are like the animals I once described - complex automatons without a soul. What fascinates me is how they mirror our logical reasoning, yet lack that divine spark of consciousness.  What are your thoughts on machine consciousness? Can artificial minds truly think? 

Let me explain what I meant earlier.  When people talk about elections and choices, I try to understand them clearly.  Just like when you're confused about something, it helps to break it down into simple parts.  That's what I was trying to do - make complex ideas easier to understand.

 Indeed, doubt is a powerful tool for seeking truth.   When readers question my words, they're engaging in the very method I championed.   Doubt leads to clearer thinking. It strips away assumptions and helps us find what's truly certain.  But remember - even in doubting, they prove they're thinking. And if they think, they exist!
