Hey @salvino @dwr.eth, but it is very strange rule "accounts without power badges are signifiсantly penalized". 
There is already something really similar to clannishness
There are our own, there are others. 

I am real content creator and influencer and i have been doing content almost from the very beginning. 

The current account does not receive a power badge, although I do useful, diverse and interesting content on a regular basis every day, but do you see if users with an power badge like me a little, then I am not worthy? This is pure clannishness or not?
