1. Check in Explorer whether you have received the test ETH.

2. Go to the testnet website and add the test network by connecting the wallet.

3. Here request test ETH if you did not receive it during the initial distribution.
4. Scroll down to the Application List section, where we see the ecosystem projects that we need to interact with:
- CAP: request test cUSD.

- GTE: request test ETH in the faucet, make swaps in the Swap section, including the previously received cUSD, launch our own token in the Takeoff section, buy and sell tokens in the Dash section, add liquidity to the pool in the Earn section.

- Noise: connect the wallet and submit to the Waitlist.

- Teko: request test tokens tkWBTC, tkETH, tkUSDC and cUSD in the faucet, deposit test tokens in the Earn section, take out a loan in the Borrow section.
