For amusement, I just skimmed the National Endowment for Arts 2023 budget request, and would actually be thrilled if Elon chainsaws it. bureaucrats have this really cool trick where they will call something 'the foundation for happy kittens' &amp; then you look at the budget &amp; half of it is going towards salaries of people who have never held a cat &amp; the other half is going towards euthanizing dogs
